Rachel in Paris
Sunday, March 22, 2009
This is Rachel and Spencer. They were friends from birth until we moved from Boise, when they were in kindergarten. Thanks to technology they re-connected last week. He was passing through town with some friends and stopped into her party. She said, "he is taller than I remember," Duh, he is 15 years older too. He is heading out on his mission soon. Good luck! We wish you all the best, Spencer. Compare their arm spans.
Isn't he Handsome? This is Ammon with a friend at the final Social Dance party. He learned all kinds of dances. He got to dance with his Mom but first he had to check that she knew how to waltz. Unfortunately Emma was sick and didn't get to attend her end of the year party. She LOVES Social Dancing. For those who are taking a walk down memory lane. . . the girls still wear white gloves, Mr. Clark is still the dance instructor, and all the gray haired ladies who were in-charge when we took classes are still there.

Ammon's Tournament
Ammon's team beat Tri-Valley, then they beat Riverview to make it into the championship game. Then the team lost to Philo and came in 2nd place for the whole tournament. The weather was absolutely fabulous. Ammon played really well!! The whole team was amazing! We all had a wonderful day. Thanks to Jonette for the pictures.

Emma's Soccer
Finally, some soccer pictures. I knew you couldn't wait any longer. The bottom photo is of the League championship team!! They were undefeated, again!! This picture was taken with some subs to help boost our numbers. It could have been called the Zanesville Ward soccer team since only 3 team members (only 2 in this picture) do not go to church with us. We've got the Edwards, Geddes, Fuhriman, Gubler, Bausermans and Laulusa all on this team. Don't forget the amazing coach/mom who lead them to victory. The top picture is of the party after the triumph. These good girls helped serve the pizza and pop to the younger teams. Aren't they awesome?!!

Rachel at School
Here are some pictures of Rachel. The first picture is of Rachel with some of her friends. They are at a Mocktail party that someone in the complex held to get to know the neighbors. The next picture is Rachel with her missionary before he left for Mexico. She is working hard and having fun this semester.
